All my life I have been playing soccer.  My passion for the sport helped me earn a scholarship to Stanford University, my dream school since age 10.  My soccer career was an incredible ride of highs & lows; a journey I look back on and will never regret.  As a young athlete you learn so much about resilience, competition, passion and team work.  Unfortunately, not a lot of coaches give young athletes the tools they need to compete.  Tools like how to set goals and make sound nutritional choices to give them the upper edge in competition.  That’s where I come in.

To be a successful athlete you need to have three things:

  1. Mental Toughness
  2. Athleticism
  3. The right Fuel (nutrition)

I’ve dedicated my life to teach young athletes how to be mentally tough in the face of adversity and how to take care of their bodies midst tough competition.  By competing in a Division 1 athletic program with not just athletic rigor but also academic, I’ve learned through experience what needs to be done to be on top of your game.
