Born & raised in Southern California, I was always playing sports as a kid. In 2001 I accepted an athletic scholarship to play women’s soccer at one of my dream schools, Stanford University. After graduation, I decided to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate, a career that took me all over the world. Always a hometown girl at heart, after a couple of years I decided to leave my fancy corporate job for something more ‘local.’ It was at this time that I realized I should be pursuing my true calling in life – teaching health and wellness. Institute for Integrative Nutrition has allowed me to pursue my passion while working full time.
Working in an office as an ex collegiate athlete and studying health and wellness is an interesting combination. It isn’t always an easy balance; a high demanding career has taught me so much about my own healthy balance that I strive to teach others what I’ve learned.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
